Alice in Wonderland: June 11, 2023, 2:30 pm at the Vic Juba Theatre

Come and support Fame's United Youth Ballet Company as they take you on a whimsical journey following Alice in her adventures! Fun for the entire family! This show also features performances from Fame's Spotlight Broadway Company, showing fast upbeat excerpts from Mary Poppins, A Chorus Line, and more!
The United Youth Ballet Company is a hard working and passionate group of dancers ages 12-18 from Fame's company program that bring to the stage their love of story-telling through ballet! The company is based on three main concepts: maintaining a kind and supportive atmosphere in all its activities, embracing all body types and supporting the beauty of the dancer as they are, gifting hard working and deserving individuals and groups from the community a complimentary ticket to come and watch our performance.
Tickets are available at the Vic Juba box office! We hope to see you there!

HOW & WHEN TO REGISTER

Registration is now open for 2023-2024!
Virtual registration procedure:
1. Choose your classes! See forms/prices & class schedules below. Contact Sarah for help with this at (780) 871-1494 or famedancestudios@gmail.com.
2. Print off your forms.
3. Fill out your forms, leaving the math section of the registration form blank. Screen-shot or scan them back to us at the number or email given above. Our bookkeeper, Janet, will get back to you with payment options, discounts, and totals.

3 LEVELS OF INSTRUCTION, 1 FAME-ILY

Recreational - beginners, just for fun
Performance - for dancers who love to perform!
Company - Theatre Performances, Competitions, Special Events, Dance Exams, Music Videos : for the dancer who is passionate about dance and wishes a career as a dancer, choreographer, or teacher. Students perform regularly as members of Fame Dance Companies (FDC), which comprises several dance groups:
- United Youth Ballet Company: the resident ballet company of Lloydminster's Vic Juba Theatre, presenting The Nutcracker at Christmas and another ballet during the year
- FDC Sport: hip-hop and jazz half-time performances and flash mobs at sporting events, such as Oil Kings games in Edmonton
- Spotlight Broadway Company: jazz, tap, lyrical, and novelty shows
- FDC Models: modelling events such as Western Canadian Fashion Week
