SPIRITWOOD DANCE SCHEDULE – 2022-2023

Classes start the week of Sept 12 – so our first day is Sunday Sept 18

Location: HARTLEY CLARKE SCHOOL

*schedule subject to change based on requests, and client needs!

SUNDAY – Instructor: Sarah C. R. Makins ARAD A.I.S.T.D.

10:00-10:45 PRE-TEEN/TEEN COMBO CLASS – we will try contemp, ballet, variety, jazz, hip-hop, modern, lyrical & acro

10:45-11:00 PERFORMANCE – level 2/ACTING/MODELLING

11:00-11:30 3-5 YR OLD – TINY TOTS

11:00-11:45 5-8 YR OLD – COMBO CLASS – we will try ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, variety & acro  

*  in combo classes, I will show students the various styles – then they get to pick their favourite 3!

  • i will open a separate Tiny Tot class if needed after the first 2 weeks of dance
  • anyone who would like to try the Performance/Acting & Modelling class is welcome to for the first 2 weeks and see if you like it! Ages 6 & up – Junior and Senior – we do fashion shows all year so we need younger and older models – especially bridal fairs! we need flower girls, bridesmaids and brides! (we end up asking moms too 🙂 something for everyone, but not mandatory to perform! acting/modelling builds excellent confidence.

NOTE: 5 year olds can try the 30 min amount of class or the 45 minute!

NOTE: 8 year olds can try either the 5-8 combo or the pre-teen/teen!
